* We provide great boxes to store your MaxieAllure lashes after each wear.
* A spoolie is also provided with each lash order so it is recommended to brush out lashes after each use.
* Sleeping in your lashes is NOT recommended but if it were to happen, no worries babe! Gently remove lashes, brush them out with spoolie and place them in lash case until your next wear.
* When removing lashes do not tug or pluck lash hairs roughly, as by doing so can damage the lash band and can cause lashes to fall apart!

Love the lashes but your customer service is shocking.

I will be requesting a refund from my bank in regards with the lash glue. Your website gives no direction on how to apply for a refund/replacement. When the lash glue arrived the lid was off and the pen had completely dried up. I contacted every social media platform you have and have already written a review previously to speak to you about replacing the pen but I am being ignored. My only next step will be to discuss this with my bank to claw my money back.
