RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

Due to hygiene reasons we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on items simply unwanted/change of mind. If you receive an item damaged or faulty you must notify us in 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging. MaxieAllure does not offer free return postage at this stage, so we advise using a tracked postage service when sending it to ensure it reaches us.

You can request to cancel an order that is still awaiting fulfillment. Any orders already marked as fulfilled can’t be cancelled. We do not accept returns on the basis that there is an upcoming sale e.g. Black Friday.

Once the shipping courier have said that your package was delivered we are not responsible for any lost packages.
